What if my site gets hacked?+
On Standard and E-commerce plans, hack cleanup is included — we restore your site at no extra cost. On Basic, cleanup is done separately at a discount.
Won't updates break my site?+
Blind updates are risky — that's why we test on staging first. And if anything breaks, we have daily backups and roll back in minutes.
Is there an annual contract?+
No. Pay monthly, cancel anytime. On cancellation we hand over the latest backups so you can continue yourself.
