Tamsule Industrial Real Estate

A complete industrial-property platform for West Tehran and its surrounding industrial corridors — from idea to launch.

The challenge

The client is a specialized industrial real-estate agency with valuable data (property codes, an archive of real deals on the Jadeh Makhsoos and Fath highways) sitting on an aging WordPress site with no dynamic listing or management capability. Core needs: a custom property management system + strong visibility in Google for industrial keywords.

The solution

• Custom admin panel built on Next.js 15 with Upstash Redis — listing, editing, trash and deal-status management
• Telegram bot as the client's mobile management panel: 7-step property creation with photo upload (auto-optimized to webp), price updates, and deal-status changes that sync to the Telegram channel in real time
• Three-way SEO landing pages (deal type × property type × area) with a smart content threshold — 560+ indexable pages
• PWA — installs as a real mobile app with its own icon and offline cache
• Security — webhook secret-token validation, login rate limiting, Redis write locks

The results

• 560+ SEO-driven pages with a dynamic sitemap
• Full property management from a phone, without opening the admin panel
• Fast page loads and green Lighthouse scores in both light and dark modes
